fjmLeft leg now normal size, but hurts to sleep on it.
Right leg, knee now visible but some way to go.
Right hand and elbow normal ie a bit stiff but no pain.
Left hand and elbow still stiff and still can't straighten the arm.
Recipe: another two days of not overdoing it.
Reality: work to do.
